1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AICodePro (“the Service”) provided by Linkcore Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AICodePro is a command-line and web-based tool that uses AI models to generate, refactor, explain, or analyze code. The Service integrates with third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Groq. Your usage may consume tokens, credits, or metered API resources.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and testing all code generated by the Service before using it in any development, staging, or production environment.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or commercial development. This license does not grant any rights to the underlying source code, proprietary models, or intellectual property of Linkcore Technologies.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to develop competing AI code-generation platforms
• Use the Service in ways that violate applicable law or intellectual-property rights
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its API providers

5. Third-Party Providers

AICodePro relies on third-party AI providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, performance, output, or pricing. Generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or unsafe recommendations. You acknowledge that your use of third-party AI output is at your own risk.

6. Generated Code and User Responsibility

All generated code is provided “as is.” You are fully responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating code before use
• Ensuring compliance with security, licensing, and regulatory requirements
• Backing up your project files and source code

We are not liable for errors introduced into your codebase, deployment, or production systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, uptime, model performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkcore Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption or downtime
• Errors in AI-generated code or recommendations
• Security breaches resulting from user code or configuration
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.

9. Modifications to Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide notice for material changes wherever possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, your license to use the Service is revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Nairobi, unless otherwise required by consumer-protection laws.
