Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund if all the following conditions are met:

• This is your first subscription to AICodePro Pro or Team
• You request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• You have not previously received a refund from us
• You have not violated our Terms of Service

If eligible, your refund covers:

• 100% of your initial subscription payment
• Processed within 5–10 business days
• Returned to the original payment method

3. Include:
   • Your account email
   • Your subscription tier (Pro or Team)
   • Purchase date

4. Renewals and Cancellations

Renewals—monthly or annual—are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
